The park is broken down into smaller communities, each with their own clubhouse and sometimes extra amenities like a smaller community pool. All Colony Cove residents enjoy life a tier above other park residents.

The Cove has the best amenities of any mobile home park on the Gulf Coast. There are five heated pools available to residents year-round in addition to five clubhouses, each with their own activity spaces and events.

Colony Cove is located on the mouth of the Manatee River, a short trip by boat to the Gulf of Mexico. The Cove has a private marina for all park residents, as well as homes available on canals. There are even in-park storage options for boats, RVs, and anything you may need to park.
The Cove has a community pavilion with a fishing pier that reaches out into the Manatee River. Enjoy fishing any time you like from the comfort of your own community. Also, right on the pier is the best outdoor grilling space with a community propane grill and numerous charcoal grills.

The cove features nature trails and manicured, grassy fields for outdoor activities. This park is one of the most pet-friendly in Florida.
